SPRINGFIELD ARMORYM1 Carbine, Blowback CO2 .177cal BB Rifle air Rifle

These are some cool clones of the 30 carbine. Very similar to the real thing in look, feel, and function. I was a little worried about the plastic stocks at first, but they look good and feel sturdy. The follower on the magazines is a little hard to lock into place, but they functioned well and ran 30 rounds on one CO2 cylinder. The kiddos and I had a great time with these, next will be some spare mags and the sling+pouch set.

My M1 carbine arrived promptly as promised by Amazon and it was well packaged. It really is a beautiful rifle with an impressive metal breach, charging grip, safety and trigger. The gun shoots extremely accurately and provides enough kickback to make it a bit more realistic. the stick magazine holds 13 BB's and is easy to load. Two things: because of the realistic blow back action, I was only able to get between 3 and 4 magazines (about 45 shots) per 12 gram CO2 cartridge. Also, I wish I had spent the extra money and purchased the wood version - rather than the faux version. It feels a bit cheap and flimsy. Still - it looks great and provided excellent value!

Purchased the M1 Carbine as a Christmas gift for my son. It arrived quickly (Amazon Prime has its advantages!). No damage to the box or contents. When he opened it the rifle is absolutely beautiful. BUT.....it is supposed to be semi-automatic. It does not shoot semi-auto, only single shot - one shot then you have to re-cock and reload it manually. It is defective. It was cold out so we thought maybe the CO2 cartridges lost some pressure due to cold and couldn't work the semi-auto feature, so we brought it and some CO2 cartridges in the house at room temp (~71F) for 24-36hrs, then went outside on a 68F day to shoot and it STILL wasn't working properly. This is what stinks - Amazon will not take these on return, so you have to work with the manufacturer direct. When I tried calling Air Venturi - using phone numbers listed online AND in the manual - NOTHING! Went straight to an answering machine. Have left 3 messages over the course of 1.5-2 weeks with no response yet. Highly dissatisfied with customer support / service. Would love to get another one but I am worried I would get another defective one and get stuck with another. Aside from that, it is a solid feel build and is incredibly accurate with one shot at a time. Very powerful shot too. Fun to shoot and looks like the real thing. Even so, we are not happy because the semi-auto feature did not work. Avoid this product so you do not deal with Air Venturi because you cannot get in touch with them. I have rarely given negative reviews on Amazon but this one deserves it.

Rifle sure has a nice feel in your hands. Love the sights. Very accurate. Get two clips of shooting from one CO2 cartilage.Rifle is a realistic as it gets. I got the simulated wood but real wood would have been nice. I give it a 5 star cause it lives up to what is advertised. Not hard to reload CO2 cartilages. I've had no problems with it functioning like others said in the reviews. No regrets on my part buying it. Expensive $ but quality is what you get in this BB Rifle.

This is a lot of fun, for the grand kids .... Yes for me too. Looks the real thing , same size and feels weight wise too. Put a smile on us all.

This also was a present for my grandson. He said it worked great and he was very happy.It came on time and the packaging was not damaged. Also the product wasn't damaged. My grandson said that it functioned very good. And it match the picture. It's price was a little steep, but he wanted another magazine for his BB gun. I recommend.

This rifle is a very good quality and I opted for the wood because it gives a more realistic feel and weight. So one is real and one is the Springfield Armory and that’s how good the quality is. It’s identical so they did a very good job with the replica.
