This cheese is a great value for the money, great size for several meals, taste and texture is great. I use for any pasta dish and, for salads. Just peel the top and already pre-sliced.

Great Cheese for Pizza
The cheese itself usually has a very good flavor, even if it is a bit on the salty side. I like that this cheese has a fantastic texture and always seems fresh. Since it is always high quality, it is a great value, especially since it is on sale regularly. I have also found that out of all the fresh mozzarella I have purchased, this melts the best and does the best job making homemade pizza in our pizza oven!
