Good pain relief for plantar facilities
Good quality piece of gear! I had a really bad case of plantar facilities for a period of 3 weeks and this piece of kit took away the pain after the first use. I haven't limped since there's a little bit of tenderness there but almost all gone after just wearing it for 1 hour! I've only had this item 24 hours so gonna where it again tonight so I'll let you know how it goes, but so far so good 👍🏼

Gave me numbness and pns and needles
The socks were comfortable to start with but feel they could have pulled back my toes a bit more. First night I used them it felt like they were rubbing on my big toes at the end so I removed them. For the next 3 nights I tried wearing a thin pair of ankle socks underneath but had to remove during the night as my toes had gone numb or had terrible pins and needles. Also tried reducing tightness of top band around my calf but made no difference. I think it may have been this band that caused the numbness. Think this will Will work better for plantar fasciitis than achilles tendonitis. Would recommend buying one and trying out before spending on a second sock. Positives - Does what is described. For the cost it is worth a try. Negatives - Gave me pins and needles and didn't pull on my foot as much as I would have liked despite wearing as per instructions.

Bit uncomfy - design could be better
Generally good. Ideally the seam wouldn't be on the nail line at the end of the foot (more comfy if it were higher up the foot). Also the velcro around the calf would be better if it was lower as it's scratchy and could do with some material to protect the skin. I wear pj bottoms to partly help this issue.

Doesn’t help PF
I saw this type of night splint recommended by some physios online to help with PF. But it’s actually made mine worse. It’s more comfortable than the traditional boot splint but I feel awful pain as soon as I step on my foot first thing in the morning.

Brilliant!
Absolutely brilliant. Takes a bit of getting used to but for the first time in four months of sheer agony after wearing this for just a couple of days I can finally start to feel the pain wear off in my heel. My heel also no longer hurts as much as it did do when I do the stretching exercises. Certainly made me realise how much I have my feet curled up when resting. Would definitely recommend.

Questionable result.
Product seems a bit loose and I find it uncomfortable at the top of my calf and at my toes.

Effective
This does what is says on the box. Having gone to a number of chiropractors and physios I found this the most effective solution long term for me. Something that actually works.

Helps a bit, but the velcro irritates
This item provides some temporary relief, but the velcro irritates the skin and I ended up having to put physio tape below my knee to stop it scratching, also it does slip down a bit, so the stretch diminishes. Not easy to sleep with it.
