Is this renter friendly? (Easy to remove?)

This wood contact paper is renter-friendly and removable, easily peeled off, or with help of hairdryer to blow it few seconds to activate the film a little bit before remove the paper (please do not blow the wallpaper surface too hot).

Does the surface look good a year after being put on? Wanting to use on built in shelving. Not wanting a solution that only looks good short term.

I’ve had it on a table that is used pretty frequently. Looks great after a year.

Will it stick to a painted concrete wall?

Smooth and even wall would help this brown wood contact paper stick better. If the concrete wall is uneven, better paint it into even before applying it.
