These are asymmetrical tread tires.

Do these tires fit perfectly with my 2018 honda cr-v?

The only way these tires will fit is if you have 20" custom rims. I believe that your honda has between 17 or 19 inch rims. But, you should be able to get these tires in those sizes. The the 20" Lionhart tires are low profile.
