Inexpensive and works exactly as the higher-priced DVD drives.
Great and inexpensive item - straight forward to use for connecting to your computer/PC, it is convenient that it has the accessible port that is able to hide/be concealed underneath the device, and it works as intended. No need for any of the fancier brands such as an LG, Samsung, etc., this works exactly the same.

Easy to use, worked so well, quality product...
This thing is a total lifesaver if you're super cheap like me and still have old DVD's of programs that they now charge monthly fees for. I had to upgrade my laptop and after reviewing the prices QB and Office now charge monthly I decided to dig out my old DVD's and give this thing a go (especially since there really is nothing new about the recent versions that the older ones don't have). Well, this thing worked like magic with not one issue. Plugged it in and just went. I was able to put Quickbooks, Office, Jasc Paint and full Adobe Photoshop and Image Ready from CD's. I also have an older car that still plays CD's so I am going to continue to burn from iTunes. I haven't tried it with this yet, but will update when I do. Would definitely recommend. So glad I found this and crazy easy to use.

Appearances can be deceiving
Seems cheaply made but it works great. I plugged it into my Mac and it started right up. Cord length could be a bit longer but not necessary. Easy to use, no installation. Only key point to know is if you’d like to eject your dvd….you need to drag the dvd icon to the trash (on your mac)

Nice little drive!
I needed this for a new laptop. Plug and play works great. Loaded my software cd and installed the software. It worked great. Nice price too!

Easy and great
Now that laptops no longer have a CD drive, one has to purchase an external drive. This had great reviews and so I purchased it. I am one who reads reviews on all products prior to making a choice. This plugs in with a USB C connection and then it’s a zip to play discs or download music CDs. The cable length is fairly short so you ah e to keep it close to your laptop but I don’t see that as a negative.

Plug and play
Needed to burn a cd for some medical imaging. Haven't had a CD burner on a laptop in over a decade. Out of the box the Anicool drive was truly plug and play. Connect to USB, format disc, drag files, and burn disc. Worked great.
