I have a 2800 pressure washer, and I need to pull color off of stained concrete, will this do that?

This is hard to answer. I’ve not tried it, but I do know it will cut the concrete if you’re not careful.

Do Honda power washers delivered from Amazon arrive with the engine oil already in them or do them come with the bottles of oil and the customer adds
