Is this dishwasher safe?

Definitely not dish washer safe. A quick wipe over with a kitchen cloth after use and I treat with mineral oil every so often

Is the pizza cutter shown in the photo included with the board?

Yes, it comes with a pizza cutter. We have bought a cheaper wooden board from morrissons to use as a pizza paddle as this one is too nice to keep putting in the pizza oven as it charrs slightly at the bottom. We now use it as a lovely cheese board
