Will this help with whiteheads

Yes it will help with all sorts of spots, I bought this for my daughter after a boffin friend of mine recommended it, the Salicylic Acid in it is absorbed by the skin and helps reduce inflammation. It really has worked!!!!

Did not work I put it on it on caused a more breakouts

I am sorry for your bad experience. My son and my daughter used it and they had improvements . It’s work slowly and every product has a side effect.Maybe the salicylic acid - the active ingredient, is not good for your skin. Better to stop using it and wait the irritation to calm down.

Does it help get rid of hyperpigmentation?

This is a spot gel. I don't know if it will work with hyperpigmentation. Hyperpigmentation is a different skin concern that requires difference products. Maybe it will be better for ypu to get some specially desing for your skin concern.
