Good value and I find them tasty and useful.
I’ve been buying these strawberry Up and Go drinks for years. There isn’t much taste of strawberry but I find them tasty and good value. They are high in fibre (6.6 gm/bottle). Also good for calcium. Convenient and they help me for fibre intake.

worst tasting protein shake!
Tastes vile worse than medicine & a real thick texture, I was hoping it would be a nice fruity flavour, would not buy again felt bit sick after drinking.
