It should if your vents ate the same as Audi A3.

Once installed, does the mount affect the operation of the vent rings?

Answer is No. the only thing to keep an eye on is the temperature from air conditioning or heat staying on your device. I've taken my phone after 20-30 minutes drive and it's freezing. I want to add that I had to buy a separate case, an OtterBox Defender case so I could still use the mount with a clip. The weight of my Galaxy's S21 Ultra was too heavy for the magnets that were provided
