Perfect and just what I’ve been looking for! I laminated it and it hangs by my machine.

We bought a total gym from our neighbor and it came with a VHS tape ha ha! Since we don't have a VCR I looked on Amazon and found this chart for us to use as we really didn't know what exercises to do with this total gym. This chart is a big poster size and we used sticky tape to hang it up and it is so easy to read and follow. They have exercises grouped by the body part you want to work. I like the big pictures, so you don't have to get off of the machine to see what exercise to do next. This is a great chart to help you fly through your workout.

The Poster is useful, for sure as compared to the booklet I received with the Total Gym which can be hard to refer to while working out. But, for $30, I wish the poster didn't come folded many times over & with multiple creases. I'd have liked a laminated thick poster that could be hung / stuck to a wall for easy reference.

Nice to be able to look up different moves without breaking stride

This visual easy to follow chart enabled me to make up my own routine for my Weider Ultimate Body Works Home Gym. Without this visual guide I would not have known what to do with my Weider Ultimate Body Works. This chart is good for anybody who has either a Total Gym or a Weider Ultimate Body Works no matter the level of training you are used to. Thank you Total Gym for offering the accessories needed to work out at home!

I'm not totally unhappy, but I feel like this product would be way better. It comes folded up, so the folds in it are permanent, and it's made out of a thin paper. If it was laminated and/or rolled up then I think it would be much more worth it. However, it's still definitely useful, because it provides images and descriptions for a bunch of different exercises that can be done with the Total Gym, and with other similar equipment. I guess that's what you're paying for, but at the same time, if I'm hanging a huge poster on my wall, I want it to last and I don't want permanent folds in it.

I have the total gym, and by getting the workout chart has been a great help for me, and like they say and it’s true I love the total gym I use it every day. And I want to thank Amazon your service is above and beyond !!!!!!!!

Ordered the wall chart as I can’t remember all the positions for a workout on my Total Gym. I have it right in front of me so no more excuses for not working out.
