My feet have been killing me for almost a year. I assumed plantar fasciitis. My Dr. saod no, that it was a ligament issue. I believe we were both right and I have more than one issue going on. I have iced, had injections, heat, rest, arch supports, massage by a person, KT tape, etc and I got some relief but not enough. I bought this roller to relieve my tight calves as they say that helps. It did not occur to me to use this on the outer sides and heels of my feet where the pain was until owning this for a month. So three days ago I rolled it pretty hard on the edges of my feet and heels. At first it was tender, but the more I rolled and rubbed, the less it hurt. I thought for sure it was extremely temporary, but here I am 3 days later and my pain is 95% gone and it’s the best my feet have felt in 8 months. Anyone know how this is possible? I wonder if I released something? Obviously I caused more blood flow, but I have had numerous foot massages from people and dis not get this result. So I am so happy I have some major relief! I pray the pain stays away and I am using this daily! Love it. Great for travel too!!

My boyfriend loves to use this. It’s super easy to use and it’s well made. It really gives a pretty good massage too and prevents your fingers from getting tired like regular massages do.

One handheld roller massager is perfect for a leg side and lower back self massage. But as other reviews mentioned it's too lightweight and soft for a real deep tissue massage. Also those bumps should be bigger or a different shape. Holder is not the most comfortable. I keep it but would look further.

Perfect little hand held massage/roller. This is strudy, well made, light weight, fits in my hand well and quiet. Got it for massageing calves and thigs (hamstrings) and my neck but use it on my arms and feet too. Perfect for what I needed, no complaints after a couple weeks of using it daily. Side note that my labrador lines up for a back massage when ever she sees me using it so works great for dogs too.

Love this tool! It provides great muscle relief and is easy to use. The roller part is the right density, so it isn’t painful, but it is highly effective.

It works....I guess? The roller is so soft it doesn't really feel like it's doing much massaging and the handle shape and position make it next to impossible to apply any real pressure.

A lot of people who left a bad review are not rational. They complain about its size and how they can't massage their calves or quads with it. Guess what, it's not made for big muscle groups. I'm 5.11 at 190 lbs and I bought it specifically for arm wrestling needs. It works great for my forearms, shoulders, and chest. The handle is comfortable and the steel frame is solid. I think it's a steal for what it costs.

This massage roller has been a PIO lifesaver! It is small and easy to use and really helps break up the knots left behind by the PIO shots. I have owned this massage roller for a little less than a year and it has held up well and served its purpose. If you are concerned about using a massage gun after transfer like I was, this is a great option for a great price.

Exactly as described and has a great shape to it fits perfect in my hand.

Nice non-slip handle but that’s about it. The roller is too soft and doesn’t release tight muscles after a run.
