Do these have the same feel as a regular deck of non blank poker cards?or does it feel more like card stock?

They feel just like regular poker cards. Kind of slick. I love these and buy them for my high school students to use for matching games and category games. I used to use index cards but these are way better and shuffle and feel like regular playing cards.

Are the back patterns exactly the same on all 4 decks?

Yes, when I got mine they were plastic wrapped together. All the same cards and patterns.

Can the card be used for sublimation?

It is a blank playing card. Maybe try it with a non-blank playing card, and see if it works.
