If my maker came with a scoring wheel tip & housing do I need this too?

I found this helpful with maker because I had a project that needed both scoring and cutting. I had 12 pages to score/cut and I would have had to change out the scoring and cutting tool for each page. With this tool in my marker clamp (clamp a) , and the cutting tool in clamp b, I never had to change the cutting tools for all 12 pages.
