Misleading dosage
Just bought it. And and realised that the dosage on the package is misleading. The portal does have 90 capsules, but you need to take six capsules to get to the 4000 mg target. So effectively, this contains only 15 days of supply

Value for health.
This supplement is really effective & does wonder for ur bones n joint pains.But consistency is very much needed.I got relief from joint pains n muscle strains after taking it consistently for 3 months..
