these are delicious. they're the perfect go-to when it's too late to eat a meal, after a workout and I've even eaten them as dessert after an unfulfilling meal.

Tastes great and is quite filling. Makes for a perfect breakfast or afternoon snack / light lunch when I'm hiking/camping or just in a hurry and don't want to cook. The full puck/bar (which is technically considered 2 servings) is 510 calories,13g of protein, 7g of fiber, 16g of sugar. Not perfect, but not bad at all when you consider the convenience of it, and it tastes really good.

Took a few on my recent backpacking trip. Ate half for breakfast each morning with a matcha latte and a meat stick, and finished the other half as a mid-morning snack. I'm a big fan of coconut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dates, so these were perfect.

I love these. I used them to kick-start a new page of self-care & exercise & focus on health. - Would drink my morning coffee, get ready for work & take a puck with me.

These are truly “PUCKS”!! They are hard to bite into and hurt my teeth! I wonder if they have been sitting in the warehouse for to long? This is the second order like this! And now they have changed the return policy to exclude the option of returning them if the customer is not satisfied! I will say however, when these are fresh they are delicious and keep me full for a long time.

Actually a 4.5. I live on clif whey protein bars. Seriously, two a day plus coffee help me make it through a running workday (with only a sandwich for lunch). For variety and curiosity (and my wife asked) we looked at other high protein bar snacks that could hold our appetites in check (we weren't looking at calorie count, just taste and food quality). We were pleasantly surprised by these bars. They taste kind of like the Aussie Bites from Costco. I still like the clif whey protein bar more, but I will add this to the mix for variety. Plus: Amazon sent the box in a soft package. Of course the package broke apart in the shipping process. But the bar's wrappers were tough enough to hold together despite the box coming apart.

Discovered these in a coffee shop. They're delicious, not too sweet and very filling -- in fact, sometimes just half of one is enough. I like the sunflower butter version best (green/yellow package). The peanut butter version (red/blue) is pretty good but needs a little more salt. I haven't tried the chocolate chip kind.
