Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Hammered Spray Paint, Dark Bronze

Great copper hammered spray paint. Super nice color did my patio table and my patio chairs they look brand new again and the color just fits in outside.

I’ve used this paint on a few outdoor metal pieces. The color is perfect and not a fake copper look. Here in the Pacific Northwest, with all kinds of weather including snow, rain and ice, everything I’ve used it on looks as good as the day painted! Not only have I reordered this, I highly recommend it!

The color is exactly what I expected and matched the description very easy to use and quick dry. I'm glad I bought it for my little project, and it save my time so much.

This didn't give my mailbox a true hammered paint look, but it sprays on nicely and the color really looks metallic. I also gave it a final coat of hammered clear to ensure it's thoroughly protected. It's been several months now and I'm very happy with the overall results.

I did a half 🫏’d job and it still came out fine! Used this on some old cast iron weights I was restoring and didn’t need it to be perfect because duh! I sprayed way too much paint on at once, I did not do it in increments like you normally should. With all the mistakes I made you would think it’s still drying to this day but it actually dried up pretty quickly. The weights are usable and I don’t have to worry about rust all over my weights.

I have a large back yard, with assorted patio areas, and I am fortunate to live in an area with lots of estate sales. I have bought many patio items at these sales, often old faded black wrought iron, but still good quality pieces. All of my once-black iron is now painted with this hammered brown, and they look fabulous! All my pieces match, and this paint has held up exceptionally well. I don't have a chip or peel anywhere! I also use a few other hammered colors for yard artifacts, like the hammered copper and pewter. I love this product!

The Rust-Oleum brand is my go-to for any steel work. I used this can on two cast-iron table legs that sat out in the elements at my Grandparents house for the better part of 30+ years. After removing the rust with an electrolysis bath, power washed and coated them in Rust-Oleums' white base-coat. I then gave them a liberal coating of the hammered spray and they came out beautifully. Topped the legs with a solid white oak tabletop they look stunning back in the old family home.

Repainted and aluminum outdoor table and chairs which were looking decidedly worn. The Rustoleum hammered dark bronze did an amazing job. The set looks brand new.
