Not the best tasting, but have noticed an increase in energy
I started taking this to supplement a vegetarian diet and have noticed an increase in my energy levels. I do not like the taste, as it reminds me of cherry cough syrup. However, it isn't totally unbearable. It is easy to swallow and I much prefer the sublingual method versus taking a pill. Would recommend!

I have only been talking B12 for about a week and i swear i feel better. My doctor told me that the B12 Complex was better for me because my B's were low. Love the berry taste.
