Is it 80% alcohol or 80 Proof (which would mean 40% alcohol)?

80% alcohol, this is from Turkey and there is no “proof” measurement there.

Is the Duru Cologne, Lemon , 400 ml, sold by "International Goods Depot", made in Turkey?

I think so, but I would NEVER buy this again. Instead of smelling like pure lemon it smells of something added that is REALLY strong, headache-causing strong, stomach-turning strong! I was so very disappointed, because they say it is lemon, and that is hard to find.
