Does this pillow have to outgas and if so how long did it take for the smell to be completely gone?

Thank you for your interest in this product, I do not notice a strong smell with the Lounge Doctor I have. I do realize some people are more sensitive to smell than other people and there is always a new smell to new products. If you are not happy with the product, it can be returned within 30 days for a refund. I do not think you will have a problem with the smell, as I personally do not find it to be a "strong" small, but if you do we are glad to take it back.

Is the 24" width designed for larger legs? My family member is short but with heavy and wide legs. Is this better than the 18" width?

Thank you for your interest in this product, yes, it will work well for larger legs, it also works well for people that want to move their legs around on the lounge doctor while they have them elevated. It truly is a personal choice. Please let us know if you need anything else, we are always glad to help

How to choose a size?
