Construction doesn't feel solid. Digits sometimes dont engage to open. Little hesitant to keep on my shed. Lock feels cheap. **UPDATED** seller reached out to me and said I must have received an old model by mistake. They sent me new lock. Solid construction, scroll buttons feel great. Odd mix up but seller did right. Changed from 3 star to 5 star

What I like most is the locking loop is wide long which makes it ease to use when the two lock tabs have a small gap. The 4 dial numbers on the bottom all turn smoothly.

This lock stopped working the 3rd time I tried to open it. Thank goodness nothing was locked with it. The set-up worked fine and it tested fine and I've used the same combination for years so I know it. Our bike was stolen, along with the lock so I just reordered the same lock, being very happy with the original version. The reordered lock looked different...a big crack on the bottom, which was also the line for lining up the combination numbers. I set the lock, locked it, opened it up. So far so good... I opened it again to lock it on the frame of my bike while I went shopping for a cable. After I'd bought the cable, I wanted to hook it to the lock. Frustratingly, the combination didn't unlock the lock. Yes, the combination was correct. Yes, I tried adjoining numbers in case perhaps it just didn't recognize the number. Yes, I tried more than once. Perhaps it is made only to be still rather than bouncing around on a bike. I'm disgusted, tho. Not cheap. Can't get it off the bike now. Still feeling frustrated and irritated and "taken." And I had bought two, since the first one was so easy to use because there was contrast between the numbers and the bed. This one doesn't have that, either!

Had outside for 2 years on my shed and no rust and still silky smooth. Honestly impressed.

I ordered this lock and it came in the next day. ! Unfortunately, the lock was set to zeros and it would not open. I emailed the company and they were very supportive. I returned it and received another lock the next day this one I was able to put to zeros and set the combination! Very happy! Thank you

My 6 foot tall pine privacy fence in the back of my house was demolished by Hurricane Milton and I had to rebuild the entire fence. The last piece to install was a new latch and solid but easily useable combination lock. I want security but my lawn care company needs access to the back. I purchased a good lock but it didn’t quite fit through the holes in the latch. Saw this and thought it would be perfect. I was right. Solid, durable, waterproof and will fit almost any latch, I feel confident it provides the neighborhood security I want. Setting my combination took under 30 seconds. An excellent choice.

The lock is sturdy, but the combination numbers are hard to see. They almost look like the same color as the rest of the lock, with no distinguishing look. Would be much better if the numbers were colored with a bright color making it easy to see. I would give it a five star rating if I could read the numbers. But I'm 73 years old, so you can blame me. BUT TO SUPPLEMENT THIS REVIEW, THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT BECAUSE THEY SENT ME FREE OF CHARGE A PAIR OF GREAT LOCKS ALONG WITH THE KEYS. AWESOME COMPANY!

A good, solid lock. Nice big loop to connect the chain around one of the yard gates, and the combination has held up well in all the poor weather we've had.
