My pole is missing the second flange nut on the height adjuster. How do I get the missing part?

My ceiling is a little over 7 foot, is this small enough?

My ceiling is too high for the pole , which brand of extension can I buy that’ll be suitable for the pole?

Okay so depending on how high ur ceilings are they have different size attachments poles, so measure how much space is left from pole and ceiling and get an attachment piece tht is near tht and you can adjust from there with the turning piece at top to lengthen the pole
