A nice high level of sodium, and zero surgar. The taste was initially a shock, because I started with Liquid IV's but the sugar ones and they only have 200 to 250 mg of sodium. I am drinking these on order from my cardiologist and this raspberry flavor is yummy 😋 Definitely happy with my purchase

I am a runner and always looking for a good electrolyte. I really enjoyed the flavor of these. They are a bit on the pricy side, but they definitely work well. I would highly recommend them. They mix really well with no clumping issues and come in convenient packages.

LMNT is a great product, and with the assortment of flavors it is easy to find the right mix for you. Personally I really like the Raspberry Salt and the Lemonade Salt. It dissolves easily in a shaker bottle or any other water bottle for that matter. I find that using one LMNT with 32 oz of water every 10 miles works well to minimize muscle cramping and to keep me feeling light. Highly recommend this product. There are other less expensive electrolyte mixes out there, but you get what you pay for. LMNT is the real deal.

Works very well but VERY salty taste

I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a few months and I’ve tried a few electrolyte options to flavour my water. I’ve heard about this product, but was put off initially by the high price. However, having taken the plunge, I can say that it’s the best there is. The taste is just on point and delivers the much needed electrolytes perfectly. Keen to try some of the other flavour options now.
