Wisesorb 40 Gram Indicating Silica Gel Canister

Fantastic!! These things really work. I used the microwave technique to “dry” them out. Put the used desiccant’s on a folded dry kitchen towel in the microwave. Nuke for 2 mins. Transfer dessicant to another dry towel and repeat, however nuke for only 30 mins at a time, as you don’t want the plastic window to melt. Was able to bring the humidity down to 30% in my 3d printer enclosure, basement was at 60%. It’ll keep the humidity level down for a few days, which is enough for the amount of printing I do (I’m not running a farm, just printing for kids etc).

They work exactly as described. Color changes from orange to green. They're reusable but one downside is the time needed to dry the silica gel: 3 hours in an oven at 250 F. I use 1 in my car and 1 in my camera bag. Instead of an oven I use an air fryer. Air fry for 15 minutes at 250 F and leave them inside the fryer for about 10-15 minutes with the air fryer turned off (while it's still hot inside). Repeat that 1x to 2x if necessary. So that's a maximum 45 minutes air frying with 10-15 minutes breaks in between. They become dark orange when completed, ready to reuse.

Work great in my gun safe and money

They function well. I like the see through window makes it easy to use with the moisture. The 3 pack helps out alot. Worth the money. Good size too, doesn't take up alot of room.

These are great and highly recommend

These work very well and are easy to dry in the microwave

These Wisesorb silica gel canisters work exactly as advertised. I use them in my gun safe and tool cabinets, and they effectively absorb moisture without any mess. The color change from orange to green makes it easy to know when it’s time to recharge. I appreciate that they’re reusable—just pop them in the oven and they’re ready to go again. Great value for long-term moisture protection. Q&A Section: Q: How do you know when they need to be recharged? A: The beads turn from orange to green to signal it's time to recharge. Q: Can these be reused? A: Yes, they are fully reusable—just bake them at low heat to dry out the moisture. Q: Are they safe to use in gun safes and closets? A: Absolutely—odorless, leak-free, and compact enough for tight spaces. Q: How long do they last before needing recharge? A: It depends on humidity, but generally they last 2–4 weeks before needing to be recharged.

All come in individually sealed bags with reactivation instructions each to prevent moisture and cross absorption of moisture. Perfect if you need less than 5 and want to keep the rest stored. Metal case feels sturdy and window is easy to see color.

Zero issues. Product works great.

I’ve actually found this really annoying at this stage considering I have to stick them in an oven using a lot of electricity just to dry them out after saturation. Clearly the container they’re in is not airtight but they’re being said it’s probably cheaper to buy the disposable packs and ruined the environment at the same time. Honestly, I should just get a better container and keep them in a better area.

These are working as described and are very useful - especially the way you can put them in the oven to refresh them.

These products are great for having an extra layer of corrosion protection for your paperweights ;) ;) They help reduce humidity level in safes, lockboxes, etc. After the silica gel thingies are full you just pop them in the oven at 250 F. I left them in for 6 hours once BY ACCIDENT and they were perfectly fine. BEFORE heating in oven, ENSURE that the containers are FULLY closed to prevent any of those little tiny beads from pouring out onto your entire kitchen and potentially killing your cats 🫠

As described, recharges and works well
