This is good.it gives you energy fills you up for a little while.i mix it two ways. I mix 2 scoops of Lean1 with a half couple of coffee 8 ounces of water and ice. This gives you a good kick. I also make it with 2 scoops of Lean and half banana and vanilla extract and nutmeg and cinnamon and 8 ounces of water and ice and blend. Delicious. I just feel better

My only complaint about this powder is that it will ruin all other protein powders for you. This tastes like drinking a milkshake. Even my picky kids will drink these. You can find other powders with a higher protein to calories ratio, but you won't find any that taste this good.
