Can younger children enjoy this game? I'm asking for a 3 year old.

The younger they are, the better. It's a farting pig game and it sends the little ones into gales of laughter. The parents....not so much! LOL

Odd question I know, but this is an odd game.... when the pig farts, is it just a sound, or did they incorporate a smell too?

just makes a fart sound at random times, no smell was incorporated into the pig

What's with the 1-3 months shipping estimate? Why buy with Amazon Prime to get it in 30-90 days instead of 2?

It's because Amazon can't keep them in stock. Most likely you'll have to purchase from a seller who ships it themselves rather than through Prime.
