No this is not a Wear OS watch. It uses Huawei's own proprietary software and you cannot download additional apps.

Can you add cards to this

If you are talking memory cards then no, as the watch is connected to the phone anything you save is to the phone, as for music , this is not that easy, you need the Hauwei app for music and then up load them to the watch, you can then choose either your watch playlist or your phone playlist

Charge seems decently this. How good is the watch?

Battery charge is almost unbelievably good, I’d be amazed if there is anything better currently available as of January 2021. My watch arrived 12 hours ago, I’ve been asleep with ALL monitoring functions on and wearing the watch for roughly 7 hours, and adjusting (playing) with the watch for several hours on top and I have used up an incredible 3% of battery.

Can you turn off Bluetooth?

You can turn off Bluetooth on phone not watch. Thats same in all smart watches.
