Product was used out of the box

My biggest complaint is that I purchased this product new and it had clearly been used before. The screen has a small chip in it and many micro scratches and the metal sample pieces had been scratched severely. Another mild complaint is that the language for the box and instructions are different so the box info is useless to me.
