What size in the US with the 4xl ,5xl run?

The 3XL was big enough for a family member of mine who wear size 20-22 jeans. She said they were comfortable and not tight at all.

Im 5ft 2 inches 145 lbs should I get a medium or large?

You might try small because I think they run a little small. I normally wear large but had to go with XL in these.

I think the sizes are up to 3X I am about 160 and 5'4" and got XL they are ok but could have gone 1XL
