Durable Headphones
These are excellent and durable headphones for the price. I use them for both work and leisure daily, which averages around 12 hours a day for the past 2.5 years. The mic quality is excellent for teams meetings and discord calls. After all this time the sound quality is still great with only minor cosmetic damage from excessive use. Mainly the synthetic material covering the ear cushions have started to disintegrate. However, I think this is to be expected after almost 11,000 hours of use. It's also a cosmetic issue only as they are still comfortable to wear for prolong periods of time.

Excellent headset
I got a set of these headsets last year and they work very well! I reordered another set recently and overall, they're perfect for the music, gaming and programming I use them for on my PC and laptop. Unlike many PC headphones or headsets, they are either connected via USB and a old fashioned mini-headphone connection making many headsets with mics basically useless for my needs because my personal PC/Personal Computer's mini-headphone jack does not work and last year I got a set of th ese EKSA E1000 USB powered headsets and they worked perfect! So, I ordered more and got them recently and works great. They are only USB powered and the mic works via just the single USB connection.....perfect! They have some lighting on the headset themselves, but not overboard....just fine for my likings. The USB connection cord is pretty decent and at least 3 or 4 feet in length. The mic swings in front of your mouth/face by hand only when you need to record items or chat on videos via the personal computer or laptop. For the price....which is pretty decent....you get a pretty good set of headsets with a mic [if ever needed] that has pretty good music qualities and with padded headsets cups over your ears, you'll be just fine wearing them for a hour or so. Yes, these headsets are adjustable and also have padding on the ear cups and topside so your head will be padded too. 5 stars I rate these decent EKSA stereo PC headsets. But it's just my opinion.

Gets the Job Done"Crystal Clear Sound + Noise-Canceling Mic – EKSA E1000 Delivers Big-Time!"
"Great Value Gaming Headset with Clear Sound and Comfortable Design – EKSA E1000 Review" Unboxing & First Impressions The EKSA E1000 headset made a great first impression right out of the box. The build feels sturdy, with ear cups that are well-cushioned and soft, ensuring comfort during long gaming sessions. The design is sleek, especially with the RGB lighting adding a stylish touch without going overboard. Comfort & Fit The padding on both the ear cups and the headband feels really comfortable. I used it for several hours at a time without any discomfort, and the headset didn't press too tightly on my head. This makes it a good option for gamers who want something lightweight but durable. Sound Quality – Immersive 7.1 Surround Sound The 7.1 surround sound feature works well for gaming. It offers clear directional audio, which is helpful for games where spatial awareness is key, like FPS shooters or RPGs. I tested it on both PC and PS4, and the sound was consistent across both platforms. Music and movies also sound great with this headset, though I noticed it’s particularly tuned for gaming—meaning the bass is punchy but not overwhelming, and the mids and highs stay clear. Microphone Performance – Clear Communication The noise-canceling microphone works better than expected for this price range. My voice came through clearly in Discord chats and in-game voice communication. It successfully blocks out most background noise, making it a reliable choice for team-based gaming or even work calls from home. Compatibility & Setup The setup was simple: just plug it into your PC, PS4, or PS5 via USB, and it's ready to go—no additional software needed. I found the USB connection to be more stable than other headsets that rely on 3.5mm jacks. It also works well with laptops and could be used for work, especially in noisy environments like call centers. RGB Lights – A Nice Touch The RGB lighting is subtle and adds a bit of flair. It’s not customizable, but it complements the design without being too flashy. What Could Be Improved Mic Positioning: The microphone is non-detachable, which can be a slight inconvenience if you’re switching between gaming and casual use. No Volume Control on Cord: It would have been nice to have an inline volume control, though there are buttons on the ear cup for adjustments. Verdict – High-Quality Features at an Affordable Price Overall, the EKSA E1000 headset delivers excellent value for the price. The 7.1 surround sound, noise-canceling mic, and comfortable fit make it a solid choice for both casual and competitive gamers. It’s also versatile enough to use for remote work or online meetings. I’d recommend this headset to anyone looking for an affordable gaming headset with premium features. You won't be disappointed!

Very good, but some minor issues
I bought these headphones in September 2023 (it is December 2023 at the time of writing this) and I have had little to no issues with them! They fit perfect, the sound is great, I can't hear anybody talking around me so I'm guessing the noise cancellation is working well, but I have a few issues with it. Firstly, the wire. The cord is made of some soft material instead of the traditional rubber, which was fine at first, but over time it started to coil around itself and start tearing for some reason. No rubber wire I've used has done this, and it sucks trying to pull on the cord to get it to straighten out just for it to go right back to coiling around itself again. The wire that's poking out isn't a huge issue at the moment, but it just keeps getting worse over time. Secondly, the mute switch. It doesn't work at all anymore. I haven't dropped these headphones, haven't messed with its wiring other than the coiling issue, haven't done anything to harm the headphones in any way, yet the switch to mute my microphone just suddenly stopped working. Flipping it to mute still allows people to hear what I'm saying, and flipping it to unmute does the same, which is a bit odd. Finally, the instructions to set up 7.1 audio are either outdated or just wrong. I have a Windows 10 computer, and the tag on the cord is meant for a Windows computer, yet I cannot find anything regarding the 7.1 audio anywhere on my computer, even after researching for an hour and a half. I'm not sure if the 7.1 audio even works because of this, or if the headphones just don't support it at all, but there is no indication on what I'm supposed to do to enable it on my computer. Overall, other than the three issues above, I really like these headphones and will continue using them until the wire decides to break one day. The bass is amazing, the sound quality and volume is great, and the fit is perfect. Solid 7.5/10

GREAT BUDGET HEADSET FOR GAMING
These Heady’s really light up the room—literally. The constantly shifting colors are super cool and definitely make a statement. Sound quality? I’d give it a solid B+. They’re super loud, which is great, but the bass is lacking. No matter how much I tweaked the EQ, I just couldn’t get that deep rumble I wanted. I scored them at 35% off, which felt like a win—but in the end, I couldn’t keep them. They’re comfortable, for sure, but I’ve got big ears and wear glasses (yeah, classic gaming nerd setup 😆). After a full day, the ear muffs started to get uncomfortable—definitely not ideal for long sessions if you have large ears. I went with a better model and #REALDEAL the ERSA's are all good and this set is the ultimate budget friendly pair. MR. AMMA ZON Still, for the price? This might be the best budget gaming headset out there. Honestly, all of ERSA’s products punch above their price. That’s #TheRealDeal – Mr. Amma Zon

NOT DESIGNED FOR PVP GAMES (4 Month review)
Here's my take on the EKSA E1000 after having used it extensively for close to 4 months. SOUND: 4/5 - The sound quality is great. They're not the most spectacular sounding headphones I've heard, but for the price point, I consider the quality of sound really good and maybe even comparable to those that have a higher price tag. BUILD: 4/5 - Build quality is solid. It's not flimsy and has a sturdy finish. It's bendy enough that taking it on and off isn't an issue at all. The ear pieces are super comfortable. My only concern is the material used, the faux leather. I've used many headsets over the years and in my experience, these types have a tendency to degrade over time due to skin oils breaking down the material and causing shredding which leaves a mess in your hair, clothes, etc. So far it's not an issue but it's something to take into consideration if you plan on using these long term. NOISE CANCELLATION: 2/5 - This is where my main issue lies with this headset. It's not that you can hear surrounding noise with these headphones. You can't hear much outside noise at all with these on so in that regard they're good. HOWEVER... Due to the fact that these headphones have running LED lights on the sides, the power that is being used to generate them creates a soft tone that can be heard when you mute everything. You won't really recognize it while you're playing a game or listening to anything, but it's there and it's a problem, ESPECIALLY if you're playing a pvp game. Since the noise is internal, the mic picks it up which means everyone else you're playing with will ALWAYS hear you, even if you're not saying anything which is a MAJOR issue if you're running up on an enemy and they can hear your hot mic giving your position away. I always find myself muting my mic when preparing for battle and having to remember to unmute myself to communicate which becomes frustrating after a while. There's also no way to shut off the LEDs, they're constantly running when plugged in so there's no way to get the noise to stop. So to summarize, the headphones sound really good for the price point they're at, but the drawback of the LEDs creating a very problematic hot mic situation makes this difficult to recommend for pvp gamers or anyone who isn't looking to annoy others in a voice chat with a constantly running hot mic. I'll most likely stay away from headphones that go for style over function in the future.

Inexpensive, well made gaming headset
This headset worked well for a long time and was very affordable. After about 2 years, I bought a new one but it worked well for a long time and cost me about $20. Would buy again.

Amazing Customer Service
I actually bought this headset for work instead of gaming, but it works amazingly well for both. I had it for about a week before I encountered an issue where the microphone wasn’t picking up my voice or other sounds very well. It was extremely quiet and i had to practically shout to be heard. When I contact customer service about this, they were so extremely helpful and on top of it! They had me describe the issue, sent me some troubleshooting steps, and then offered to replace the headset for no charge at all. The new one has no issues and works flawlessly! I’ve had a lot of gaming headsets over the years (both for gaming and for work) but this one is by far one of the most comfortable i’ve ever worn. I wear glasses, and my frames are pretty thick, so over-the-ear headsets are a must. Something i usually run into with headsets that have lights on them is that you can hear the electronics in your ear when you turn the volume up. Even when i have my volume jacked up to max, i can’t hear any electronics or feedback from the lights. That’s a huge plus for me personally, considering I use the headset for work. The noise cancellation is pretty stellar too. The cord is long and flexible enough that i’m able to stand up and move away from my desk if i need to, and the easy access to volume control and mute is a super helpful feature. It may sound a little dumb, but something i look for in a headset is the lack of that loud clicking sound when you mute a headset. You know how that goes, sometimes someone puts you on mute and you can hear the sound of them turning the mute on and off? Drives me insane. But this headset doesn’t have that, which is great. The mic is really good about not picking up external sounds, either. I can sit directly in front of my fan while i’m at work and the mic doesn’t pick up that obnoxious static noise from it. It’ll definitely pick up when my dog decides to go on a barking spree, but that’s to be expected. The lights on the outside aren’t necessary, but they’re a neat little touch i really enjoy. Love the colors too. Overall, excellent comfort, noise dampening, noise cancellation, and features. I could knock off a star for the first headset i got having an issue after the first week, but i won’t. The customer service was so fast and so helpful that it wouldn’t feel right. Sometimes technology is faulty, and so far i haven’t had any issues with the new set and it’s been over a month.
