Deep Tissue Massage Ball Set

These were just what I was looking for - a wide ranging, high quality set of massage balls for relieving muscle tension across the body. Very robust, I'm 105kg and pretty solid, and these are more than capable of supporting me as required. Great user guide too available online from them, and very fast response to any questions.

There are no instructions with these, so if you have never used do some Youtube research. They are very good at Piriformis relief. All round useful balls, use as required on the floor. The spiky ball is fantastic gently rotated over the scalp, I discovered almost as good as an indian head massage!

This product is a life saver! Gives so much relief. I suffer with DDD and fibromyalgia, as well as arthritis in my back, legs, knees and neck. This product works really well to relieve trapped nerves, tight muscles and all aches and pains. Well worth the money.

These are great little tough massage balls. Nice variety of sizes and has helped my wife with her piriformis syndrome pain.

One of the balls is good. The dumbell shaped spine massager is good. I didnt feel like it was very deep tissue massaging but its ok

These are fab. I haven't used them all yet but the ones that help flat feet are enough to make me happy. Good quality, happy with the value for money.

To be honest, if you have a hard rubber ball like a lacrosse ball or even a baseball or softball, you could duplicate a lot of the functions of the items included in this kit. I’ve realized that these things likely represent one of those brilliant moments when someone looks at an ordinary household item and repurposes and rebrands it as something else. Anyway, you do get a cool bag buying this kit. The items themselves; I’m a fan of deep tissue massage. Short of having a beefy male or female massage therapist grind their elbows and hands into you, these balls and rollers are the best alternative I’ve found to get some relief. Better than some expensive massage chair or some strange plastic hook-like stick that Amazon sells to massage your back. The items in this kit are amazing in the simplicity in their concept and forms and yet the relief they provide.

I use this a few times per week and really find it helpful for my hip pain. I tend to get sciatic pain and that gets a lot of relief as well.
