What is the difference between this "Culinary" mix and McCormick's more expensive 14.3 oz offering?

Sea salt or iodized salt?

It just says salt on the ingredients, so I’d say neither. Just plain salt. Non iodide… they usually list it “ sea salt” if it is. 🤷♀️Hope this helped

I'm not supposed to eat seeds, but I hear this seasoning blend is great. Can you put the seasoning blend in the blender to make the bits smaller?

It would definitely need to be one of those spice blenders. There are sesame seeds and poppyseeds in the blend. I will say it is my most favorite blend spice in my cabinet and use it on everything!
