The product listed is the Ekster Senate wallet in merlot red without a tracker card. You can purchase the tracker card separately. The tracker card is powered by Bluetooth and not GPS.

I have the parliament, but the flap really isn’t decent to deal with. is the card compartment the same size as exeter 3.0? same # of cards?

Whereas, the slimmer Senate wallet seeks to serves the minimalists out there, offering space for 7+ cards & cash. Where the Parliament is 0.4” thick, the Senate is 0.33”. 
 
Both the Parliament and the Senate wallets allow for up to 6 non-embossed cards to be stored in the quick-access cardholder, with a solar powered Tracker Card to ensure you never lose it again.

The Senate holds a maximum of 6 non-embossed cards, or a combination of 4 - 5 embossed/non-embossed cards (depending on the thickness of each card).
