Soft, comfortable, a proper knicker.
Now that Tena have altered the format for their silhouette pants, these pro skin pants are the ones I shall use. They are a proper knicker, soft and comfortable and can be worn all day. The new silhouette pants by contrast are more like a thong.

Being disabled, this is the best all round pad..
I surfer with inconsistent and I’ve tried a lot of free and paid for pads. I choose to buy my own as I get the choice otherwise I don’t have say or choice. So I buy my pads. There say so comfortably fitting doing what they say on package, disabled, unisex, man, woman. Size wise I wasn’t liking the change in my life was uncomfortable unhappy to go out with those free one, so i decided to try out the pads, buying one pack, then bulk buy i satisfied buy quality. So buy whatever is comfortable for you.

You can trust this brand
By far superior to other brands and although not completely leak proof they are great day and night. Always the right size as on the packet unlike other brands that instead of being XL as ordered and printed on the packet but actually turn out to be medium. They are also a lot easier on the skin.
