Not sticky enough but I have a suggestion
These really don't stick very well. I had clean skin and I used a little water as suggested. They were still lifting from my skin the first time I used them. The second time I used them, I added a little electrode gel (bought on Amazon) to them and they definitely stayed on much better. I'm not sure how many times they will be able be used but I definitely suggest buying some gel to really make these work. The price is great so hopefully this will make them last longer. I bought "Spectra 360 Electrode Gel" to help extend the life.
