Good price and good pill

Works great for inflammation
I ordered this after looking up the benefits online. I'm 51 years old and had gotten to the point that I could barely move due to inflammation and stiff joints. I had tried so many different things to help but it would only last a day and didn't really relieve all the pain. I can honestly say that this has helped tremendously. In just one day I noticed I could move better and wasn't hurting as bad. By the second and third day the inflammation and joint stiffness was completely gone. It also seems to give me more energy, and I feel like I'm thinking more clearly. I am taking 4mg (2 pills a day at the same time). I take it around lunchtime when I eat because I read it works better when you take it with food. It also doesn't keep me up at night taking it around that time. I highly recommend it if you're having issues and pain due to inflammation.

It was a good product, but I ordered the wrong milligrams unfortunately. So, I went through these quickly.

Happy So Far
So far so good. I started out only taking 1 per day and not the up to 3 Recommendations. I take it at nighttime one hour before bed with Pure Encapsulations D3 & K2; and another brand of magnesium glycinate. I don't notice any adverse effects. I haven't had time to research if there's a best brand or if organic is important but I like Pure Encapsulations. I think the price is good. Consult your physician or health provider.

Great supplement
I read the health benefits of zinc and decided to give it a shot. Pretty pleased with this product. I have noticed an increase in mental clarity. usually its pretty hard to notice any real differences when taking supplements, but i will continue to use this one.
