Excellent quality.
Been using this machine for 5 years in a fast food joint in a heavy traffic mall. Has never failed me.

Stopped working after two months
One of the spinners stopped working after two months of normal use. Their customer service never answers the phone or emails. When I finally got through to Waring about the warranty they recommended me to a service company, in my area, who doesn't even service Waring products. The only option they gave me was to send the entire machine back to them for servicing and as a small business owner, I cant afford to be without the machine for the weeks it would take them to fix it.

Amazing
We use hard pack ice cream for our milkshakes to the tune of 20-50 a day. Motors are handling with no issue and it is much quieter than our last machine.
