When the package arrived, how big it was? I am asking because I want to buy and take it with me in flight for my nephew, so wanted to know how big the

I bought this with three other items, so they packed it in a larger box, but the box itself wasn't that big, maybe 18 x 20, so depending on if you buy it alone, the box may just be slightly larger than the playset. I hope this helps.

is this track appropriate for a 4 year old?

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my nephew who was turining 4. He understands how to use it and has a ton of fun playing with it. I think 4-8 years is perfect for this gift.

Is this race track appropriate for a boy who is 4 1/2 years old?

I have a 4 and 6 year old and they both love it.
