Is it wearable and regular blanket as well?

Our Tranquil blanket has a total of 3 holes, the top opening is for your head: this feature helps in keeping the blanket in place - similar to wearing a vest. The other two openings are for your arms, leaving your hands but keeping you wrapped in warmth. Or you could always just opt to close the buttons and use it as a blanket - the choice is completely yours!

Is this packaged for gift giving, like in a nice package box or wrapping?

It comes wrapped in plastic in an Amazon box so no not really. I guess you could wrap the card board box in wrapping paper.

I wonder if 70 inch long is suitable for use with recliner

70” is longer than the standard size (the standard is 60”). It will provide full-body coverage for persons up to 6 ft tall.

Awkward arm holes

For $8 I can't complain. The only thing I don't care for is the arm hole arrangement - feels off to me. I'm in a cold climate - and am disabled and housebound. FYI: My home is blacked out and basically sealed. From Oct to May I pretty much live in those microfiber pool kilt thingies or naked due to various skin issues.. I have large fleece blankets alternating on my rocker recliner and basically live in these blanket items. I have 5 various kinds from the ponchos to the wearable blankets.Blankets ARE NOT for moving around ( open backside ) - But for when I'm gonna be in the chair for a long time I usually use 1 of these.It's material is great soft and gentle on the skin - it's warm enough ( been as low as down to 56 F when waling -and at 6'2" it covers most of my feet.BUT as I said the Arm holes feel not right. For 8 bucks it's just fine when I'm washing the others ( always on warm, delicate and air fluff ).Most wear it to buggle in - I wear it to stay warm, comfortable and allow my skin to be freer then in sweat clothes. It works - just don't answer the door in it! For that you need the kilt n poncho.

Just no

It's not really as pictured. Bought for my son and was confused at first... Then confused and really disappointed. Don't save a few bucks, get the other one.It's seriously thin. It says it has "sleeves"... They're not sleeves not even on a child and they're weirdly placed and the buttons make it even weirder. It's also abnormally long...Should have gotten a picture before I donated it
