You don't have to hold it up on the face. We recommend you lay down using it . You can use the bandage wear on your head if you want to sit on sofa . Using steps： 1. Before using this led mask please cleaning your face and dry it . 2. Please do not use the night time cream when you treating for your face. (cannot use in the same time ) 3. No, mine did not fade. For that you’ll need tretinoin and IPL treatment from a Derm office. I had it done and I promise the results are worth it!
