Extremely sturdy
Perfect hook for my husband’s water filled punching bag, which weighs about 200 pounds. The hook holds it with ease. It is made of good quality, and it is very sturdy. It was super straightforward and easy to install.

Works well to mount heavy bag to garage joists
I used this to hang my heavy bag to my ceiling joists in my garage. The hardware is good quality (sometimes you get cheap things in other products like this) and worked well. The lag bolts worked perfect in my joists - the bag itself does produce a lot of force when it swings, so I mounted it on a double joist I had - this is no fault of the product, but something to keep in mind when mounting. Great value and would purchase again.

I can’t believe how good this heavy bag swivel is! I bought this for 14 bucks. 14 BUCKS!!!! It’s heavy duty and has held up beautifully! When my heavy bag swivel and mount broke, I researched various replacements. I read the reviews and this and they are all spot on! This is easily one of the best and affordable things I’ve purchased from Amazon. I highly recommend!
