Surprisingly fresh and well roasted.
Surprisingly fresh for an Amazon delivery. Rich flavor and no static in the grind. Hints of dark chocolate and subtle tangerine. It's hard to find fresh coffee through Amazon as usually they've been sitting in a warehouse for a year or longer and have long gone stale. This tastes roasted within the last week or two. Nice.

Excellent coffee
This coffee is well-balanced with low acidity. The flavor profile is milder, but it’s incredibly smooth. Love it.

Nice medium roast
This coffee is a great alternative to my NESPRESSO addiction. It’s got a smooth mocha chocolate flavor and is low in acidity. It’s not super aromatic, though, so that might not be a big deal for you. It’s also saved me a lot of money. The coffee was roasted in October and arrived in December, so it’s not as fresh as I’d hoped, but it still brews a decent cup of drip coffee.

Yummy coffee!
The best coffee! It doesn't get an icky bitter taste. Smooth flavor!

Pretty mild flavor for an Yregacheffe coffee. Still looking for one we like.
We got this to replace Gobena after finding out they fund Christian missionaries and we wanted nothing to do with the cultural corruption that entails Unfotrtunately, this is a poor replacement, not nearly the flavor profile. It has a weak body though drinkable and not offensive. I’m on the hunt for a better Yrgacheffe.

Delicious for lattes!
My favorite beans, we have them on subscribe and save. I ordered the organic Ethiopian and if you are into lattes it pairs beautifully with one pump vanilla and one squeeze Carmel sauce. Once I got these beans I rarely feel the need to go out for coffee anymore and when I do it doesn’t come close to what I’m able to achieve at home.

Not Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
The specific coffee is quite good but the only reason I’m giving two stars is because this is not even remotely Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee. The negative mark is because of deceptive, marketing and selling something that is not true to the name. In fact, this coffee tastes more like it’s coming from Malawi in that region of Africa. Ethiopian coffees are very unique and I’ve had a number of them. Even some that are hard to find in the U.S. With that said I stand firm this coffee is absolutely not Ethiopian..
