This is exactly what I needed for my resistance bands. I'm able to place the resistance bands into any part of the door and close it without worrying that pulling the heck out of it will cause a snap. Now I can go into "beast mode" without fearing for an injury.

This is a good quality and reliable product. I bought one extra so I don't have to move them up an down during training. I would have bough couple more if it was cheaper :)

the foam is soft, so it's essentially putting all the weight on the round plastic core and the strap which is already shredding off the ends, would not recommend
