This raspberry lemon flavor tastes delicious and doesn’t contain any fake sweeteners. I am pleasantly surprised. The texture is almost like a very light pulp you find in orange juice.

I’ve been using the Himalaya Raspberry Lemon Psyllium Husk Powder, and it has made such a difference in my daily routine. Unlike other fiber supplements I’ve tried, this one is actually enjoyable to drink—the raspberry lemon flavor is light, refreshing, and helps mask the usual “earthy” taste of psyllium.It mixes pretty easily in water and doesn’t get too gritty if you drink it right away. I’ve noticed it really helps keep digestion regular and makes me feel less bloated overall. It’s also nice knowing I’m getting a solid amount of fiber in just one serving.I also appreciate that it’s plant-based, gluten-free, and made without a bunch of artificial ingredients. It feels like a cleaner, more natural option compared to many similar products.

Orange flavor isn't great. Tastes artificial. Good psyllium however I wish they would bring back their unflavored product.

This stuff really works well with my often IBS stomach! Have continued purchasing. ✌️😊

Tastes great easy to use does the job!!

So far so good for me with this product! I've always had trouble "going". I just chalked it up to that's how my body was supposed to be. A friend told me about this, so I decided to try it out. I have taken it 3 days in a row, and I'm amazed. It's almost like clockwork. I didn't think I could gag down a tablespoon, so have started with a fairly heaping teaspoon, once a day. I'd like to build up to more so I can also use this as an appetite suppressant. My friend takes it in a glass of water. I tried that, but this stuff becomes concrete if you don't wash it right away. It was sticking to everything including my sink. So today I tried what one reviewer said, and just took a spoonful, then washed it down. That may be the better way for me. It's kind of hard to just swallow I will say. Feels like eating sawdust. But I had so much less mess, and the discomfort with this weird stuff in my mouth is only a few seconds so I think I can handle it. Make sure to drink lots of water. I also read one reviewer who said she gave 1/4 teaspoon to her cat to help in that respect. My two dogs have trouble going sometimes, so I gave it to them (just once so far). My girl handled it fine, but my boy seemed sick for 2 days and didn't eat or drink anything. If I'd thought it through, I would have recalled that they don't drink much water. So I'm not sure I can continue giving it to them. Still, for me so far, it's worth its weight in gold!

It adversely clashed with my meds. I had to stop even though it was working better than most.
