Stasis In The Lower Palace Teapills (Shao Fu Zhu Yu Wan), 200 ct, Plum Flower

I use these for cramps, I have tried another brand with different ingredients in their formulation (from acupuncturist and only sold by acupuncturists), but they have same name. And I think they both work just as well and they're the same price. I do keep ordering these over the other brand from the acupuncturist, as I can order them online; but I also think these last a little longer than the other ones. Each tea pill is smaller, but the weight is the same, so maybe I need less of these to take care of the cramps? I really don't know, but 1 bottle of this last longer than the other brand.With that said, these work wonderfully for cramps and I have had no problems with them. FYI I do get horrible cramps, that I would not be able to function in life without using something.

This product was recommended by my acupuncturist for blood clots and circulation. I was told to only take the Shao Fu Zhu while I was menstruating, but I found that taking the full dosage made me very fatigued, so I only take 4 in the morning and 4 at night while menstruating. A pleasant side effect I found was that my skin became very soft after using this product for a few days so I now take also take an even smaller dosage (2 a day) to keep my skin soft and smooth.

Naturopath recommended this product. Have been using it for years. Love it! Must take 2x daily, but works to shorten number of days and helps to lighten flow. Paired with nettles tea, these two products make those 3-4 days bearable.

Plum flower herbs are wonderful when recommended by a TCM practitioner. This formula iradicates menstral cramps.

This is excellent, I found a lot of confort taking them before and during my period, but I'm a endometriosis patient and my pain goes beyond anything. It did not work for that. :(

this product is great for pain - but also blood flow - regular medicines can not compare at all - our acupuncturist has brought us awhole new world.

These tea pills promise and deliver a lot of what was described in the description I would suggest taking with a meal and not alone or you're going to be sick for weeks if not months...don't underestimate the strength of these herbs, especially as they're diluted to keep the extract whole.

This has been an amazing product for my oldest daughter who had horrible & painful periods. Really like a miracle since before, she'd be really hit hard the first day, curled up in bed in misery, but now, she starts taking these when she knows it's almost time, and takes them the first couple days too, and she can function much better!
