Are the landmarks anatomically correct? Do the bones of the joints articulate accordingly? Need for Radiology.

Can it come off the stand and stay off? Like do I need the stand?

You need the stand to hold it standing but you can take it off the stand and make it sit or even dance with it

Does the skull come off?

Yes, it does. The top of the skull detaches from the lower portion as well.
