Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 Ultra-Thin 13” Touchscreen Laptop (Platinum) - Intel 10th Gen Quad Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, Windows 10 Home, 2019 Edition

Bought this surface 3 when price dropped to £770 on Prime Day. Have a mate who has one and loves it so took the plunge and paid for it over 5 months. It is brilliant! The screen is so bright I have to keep turning it down. It is very quick and send to last for ages but I guess about 6 hours of the limit on mixed use. I use a big 20000 MAh battery to to it up as it runs blisteringly quick under power but throttles on battery. However on battery it is quick. Face recognition is ultra fast and the touch screen is really good - much better than a high end As it s Chromebook I also use. I could go on for hours about the lightness, the ultra thin design, the great keyboard but, if you get a chance to snap up one of these for under £800, just do it. Utter no brainer. Ok, they will release a Surface 4 later I suppose but it won't be much better than this until Microsoft catches up with new bespoke ARM chips. Snag will be that X86 code won't run on them. That will be a new ball game for the future though.This laptop runs everything with ease and effortlessly. I love it 👍

Bought this at a very good price from Amazon as it was reduced 22% on prime day. The Laptop is dead light and the touch screen is a charm to work with. I have another Mac Book Pro at home but this beats that! It has Alcantara fabric and is really good fabric suede finish in the keyboard. The Touch screen is really really good. The touchpad is very responsive and battery life very good too. It has face recognition so you straight log in! I wish amazon sold other colours like sandstone, black and platinium. Anyways colours beside, I'm really pleased with my purchase and may buy another one these 15" ones. This model is the 13.3' one and a good size and portable.

Exactly what you would expect. Great style and screen.Be warned though that the keyboard does have some flex in the centre and is more suited to "touch typing" than hammering the keys. If you have the older docking station that plugs into the side then this does not always work properly.

Amazing laptop purchased on prime day with discount and therefore fantastic value. It’s fast with amazing resolution, super lightweight and easy to use.

I ordered this laptop for my software business, we have a Macbook Pro but needed another device to test our software on Windows. I decided to get this laptop and initially I was very impressed. It's lightweight, the keyboard is a dream to type on and the facial recognition works really well. However I will be returning the laptop for the following reasons.1- For no discernible reason, most noticeable during a call or just while working on a Google Docs the WiFi connection will drop for 10-30 seconds, all my other devices including the aforementioned Macbook Pro and my phone will remain connected with no issues during this time. This will happen frequently throughout the day. I've searched various forums and it seems that this is a known fault with this laptop and there are no fixes.2 - Battery life is very poor. I was surprised at how often I have to charge this laptop, it must be a few times a day, whereas the Macbook Pro being used by my wife during the same time frame will keep chugging along.3 - Fan, fine most of the time, but when plugged in to charge (which I mentioned needs to be done often), seems to overheat and fan kicks, and I can't overstate how loud it is.It's really frustrating, if the above issues were solved, I would give this laptop a solid 5 and be happy to keep it. However, these are all things that would frustrate me every day of using it and so I will have to return. It's a shame that it isn't to be - I still need a windows device and will have to start my search again.

Very light, so easily portable. Good processing speed, clear graphics and very good battery life.Smaller keyboard has taken a bit of getting used to, as previous laptops were all 17" screen models.But overall very happy with a very good product.

Beautiful design and great build. It’s very quick and the screen is clear. Overall, one of the best laptops I’ve ever owned, second only (and a very close second too) to my 13” MacBook Pro M1.
