Tedeschi is both a master at martial arts and communication. He's produced the best martial arts books of our time.

awesome quick reference, I have the full version of Taekwondo: Traditions, Philosophy, Technique but pull this out for Form review.

The book has excellent pictures of every movement in the patterns. Excellent if you are starting off and a good reference guide to learn Black belt forms. I am very happy with this purchase.

Without this book offering a preview inside it was a crapshoot whether it was what I was looking for. Based on the positive reviews I decided to take a chance on it. The book is without a doubt exactly what I was hoping it to be. Highly visual, step by step imagery of the positions, description of each movement for each grade level plus a little bit extra such as pronunciations and terminology/reference guide. This is an awesome find. Thanks so much!
