Fit good works good

Mine came with the intake valve springs not assembled. Most likely a keeper was not fully seated. Not a huge deal, only took a minute to reinstall the spring and keepers. Still a good deal and worked very well. Would buy again.

Perfect fit, really simple fix to dirty valves .. much easier than lapping valves... !

Worked great for go kart

Bought this in April. Finally found time to tinker with the engine on my dune buggy. Replacing my old head which had stripped spark plug thread. After installing the new head I found it is leaking at the base of one of the head bolt bosses. No compression. Also another note, the part had a loose chunk of sand fall out of one of the cavities.. presumably from the casting process.

recommend upgrading valves, blew in the first 150 miles

Fixed all my problems and still working to this day six months later

Everything seems good except when i checked the valves to see if they were seating properly, i noticed they were not. Had to lapp both valves. No big deal. Easy job. Just letting people know this. Thats the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

So some of you may be confused. Here it is. I ordered this because my 125 scooter decided to pop a valve and blow a hole in the top of my piston, smash the bearing up on the camshaft and rip the rocker arms to bits on the way home from work, leaving me stranded on the side of the road for 3 & 1/2 hours awaiting recovery. In a desperate rush to get it rebuilt I ordered the only next day available piston and barrel, and head. Not 100% sure if this was for a 125 or a 150 I ordered it anyway. Turns out this is actually a 150cc barrel and piston. Which means: if your just looking for a 125 piston and barrel this isn’t what you want. If you want to go for the 150 like I did, well had to, you need to buy the head aswell with the valves (another £30) but then make sure you buy a valve cover also. As the head is non egr valve meaning the cover you have won’t fit. All in all, my bike runs mint now, not sure why people said you had to mill it as it slid straight together nicely. and don’t buy the goofit camshaft as they send the 50cc one which isn’t long enough, unless you bodge it like I had to untill one comes from eBay.
